Adaptive Arts ClassOctober 27, 2023 | 11:00 am
Provo Towne Center Mall
Our Adaptive Art Class is for adults age 18+ with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Every class includes one hour of instruction in our classroom followed by one hour of free time in our studio. During each class we will explore a new project or medium, focusing on the process of making art and trying new things. We might try watercolors, printmaking, painting, sculpting, and more!
This class is team taught by an art instructor and a recreational therapist. We have worked together to create a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. If the participant in the class would benefit from 1 on 1 instruction we suggest a family member or aid accompany them to class, at no extra charge.
For an accurate count, please register for the amount of participants who plan on attending the class.
This class is made possible by the RAP grant from Provo City.
