Pedal With Purpose

EVERY RIDE BEGINS HERE

Do you remember learning to ride a bike?

That first moment of balance. Wobbles, uncertain, then suddenly free.

At WAS, we’re on a mission to share that same joy and sense of belonging with every child, adult, and veteran with a disability who wants to ride. For some, that means experiencing biking for the first time on adaptive equipment built for their needs. For others, it means re-learning after injury or diagnosis. Either way, WAS is here to help make it possible.

Our goal is to raise $250,000 for the 2026 Season. Demand for our bike program is growing quickly. With your support, we can say “yes” to more people in 2026 who are ready to discover what biking can mean in their lives.

Help Us Reach Our $250K Goal: Donate to Pedal With Purpose

Power WAS participant progress by becoming donating to the WAS Pedal With Purpose Campaign. At Wasatch Adaptive Sports, progress doesn’t happen in a single moment. It happens over time. That first-ever bike ride feeling. A first turn on skis. A return to something someone thought might be gone forever.

Whether on snow in the winter or on trails in the summer, those moments add up. Over time, people build confidence, independence, freedom, and joy. They connect with friends, family, and the WAS community of staff and volunteers – all because someone gave them a chance to try and then continued to support them along the way. That’s what Pedal With Purpose is about.

Tell Us: Why Do You Pedal?

Biking is about more than just moving from one place to another. It is about freedom, confidence, and connection. Throughout the summer, we are sharing the stories of the people who make up the WAS community. What does biking mean to you? Whether it is your first mile or your thousandth, we want to hear your story.
