May is Stroke Awareness Month and we are partnering with the University of Utah Stroke Rehabilitation Center and their newly formed outreach program, Utah Stroke Outdoor Activity and Recreation (USOAR) to promote active living and independence for stroke survivors. We will have a variety of bikes ranging from three-wheeled recumbent tricycles to upright mountain bikes for participants to ride around the park. Our paddle boarding equipment will be on-site for you to checkout as well. Following the ride, we will gather for dinner at the picnic tables in the park to discuss summer programming in more detail.
Join Wasatch Adaptive Sports each week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays for private lessons and group rides. We provide the bike, helmet, clipless bike shoes and any adaptive modifications necessary to enable your success. Whether you ride 50 yards or 15 miles, we are excited to have you join our team of cyclists.
